Question: Anyone got any ideas how to tone up a bit!?
I wanna tone up and lose a bit of extra fat but maintain a curvy, feminine figure!. Anyone got any idea of what exercises to do!? thankyou :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did just that :) Basically you should walk, run, swim or cycle most days of the week!. Even dance around to your ipod! The cardio exercise will help reduce your fat levels!.

Sure - try running as the best fat burner - it will get you the fastest results!. If you are a member of a gym, use the rowing machine as well as this has the good effects also!. Then you should do some toning exercises using a fitness ball and then crunches, lunges, squats, press ups and some weights to tone and shape your arms!.

The key is variety and lots of sweating so running, rowing and even skipping with a jump rope are excellent to helping you get the results you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
