breakfast:
fruit smoothie and a bagel
lunch:
bean and vegetable salad
snack:
apples

should i eat every 2 hours...? im a vegetarian. 19 100lbs. 5'7

Sounds good to me, I don't know about your dinner, but eating more small meals spread throughout the day is probably a good idea for you because you're eating healthy. Eating a small meal/snack every 2-3 hours will help you burn more calories and keep your metabolism up. I would just make sure you're eating enough whole grains, beans, nuts, and vegetables to get the protein you need if you're a vegetarian.
