Question: How long should I run for to lose weight!?
I have recently started running again but I need a gauge to help with my weight loss!. I would like to lose at least 30 lbs!. I am eating healthy and drinking plenty of water but I just need to add running time or distance whichever is better!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

All of the above-actually doing interval training will help you shed the weight the fastest-it's pretty intense but it gives you great results-you can do interval one day, hills another, distance, time, etc-switch it up!
I've been doing HIIT training since July 15th and as of this past Tuesday-I've lost 7lbs-which I think is pretty good for less than 1 month-but I work out 5-6 times a week and do various weight training, and cardio activity and limit the amount of junk that I put in my body!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I try to run for 40 minutes at a time!. I actually think time matters more than distance in the long run!.!.!.!.no pun intended, LoL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
