Which exercises will help me gain muscle?!


Question: Which exercises will help me gain muscle!?
Losing weight is not a problem - it is muscle gain that I need (obvs I do cardio for abs etc)

Important - Exercises must not need any equipment!.!.!.etc

The more detail given in the answer, the better!

Using NO equipment at all!.!.push ups in their many different formats (look on wikipiedia) are excellent!.!.bicyle exercise (google it) is awesome for the abs and squats, lunges and step ups for the legs!.

Using perhaps a tree, overhand and underhand pull ups (they work different muscle groups) and, using a childrens playground perhaps, dips which work the chest or triceps very effectively

If you want to gain muscle keep the reps very low (around 8-10) and use more weight!.!.how you ask!.!.!.by filling a rucksack with sand or stones (be careful though)

The best excersizes for you that do not need any equipment are pushups, pullups, and dips!. Pushups being the most important!. For the first few weeks, just do normal pushups, alot!. As your body gets better at them, do different variations of pushups to get a better workout!. Clap pushups, incline pushups, decline pushups, only to name a few!. Sooner or later, you'll be ripped as hell, and be able to do crazy pushup excersizes, one armed pushups for example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get arm muscles push-ups and pull ups work great!. If the push ups are too hard try doing them on your knees first!. then if that is easy, do them on your toes!. and if thats too easy try putting your feet up on a chair or a pile of books or sumthing to give your feet elevation!. That'll make it harder!. For pull ups, I know you said no equipment could be required but pull up bars are inexpensive and easy to get and install!. Also, if you cant buy one, many playgrounds have bars to hang from!. Just get a pull up bar and you can try to see how long you can hang from it or how many pull-ups you can do or something like that!. To get muscles in yuor legs do deep knee bends by standing with your feet shoulder length apart and squatting down about 3 quarters of the way and then standing back up!. Do as many of those as you can!. If you want to make excersizing more fun, playing volleyball has strengthened my legs a great deal and dancing to fast music gets me in great shape!.
