How to lose arm fat??!


Question: How to lose arm fat!?!?
i want my arms to be smaller but i dont know if lifting weights is a good idea cause i dont want to have muscly arms

Lifting weights will cause your arms to look smaller by making them more defined!. If you don't want to bulk up, don't go around maxing out on what you could lift!. You're pretty much safe with 20lb dumbbells or under!. Alternately, you could lift your own weight by doing pushups, tricep dips, or pullups!. Pretty much, you aren't going to bulk up unless you're doing exercises specifically designed to do so!. Besides, lifting weights has many other benefits!. And working out will not give you arms like a dude, so don't worry about it!.
