I want to get skinny?
im 5'1 and 130ish pounds. i want to lose 20 so bad, and i've been trying for a long time. i got all the way down to 121 at one time but i just started eating and not caring and now im all the way back up. when i was getting all the way down to 121lbs it was because i was so freakin motivated that i didnt even feel like touching fatty food. but now its like im not motivated at all. can you please help me with some tricks that really work to help me stay motivated?

Drink plenty of water, I carry a water bottle with me. Cut out soda completely. My other trick is to set a cut off time at night, mine is 7pm. I try not to eat after that time, just drink water. And eating breakfast will help curb cravings and splurges. Good luck!
