MOST OF THE OTHER ANSWERS ARE WRONG

you will not see any significant development of arm muscles if you do more than about 10 press ups at a time

this is because you will be improving muscular endurancce as opposed to muscular strength!.!.!.and it's muscular strength and mass that you want to increase!. If you research bodybuilding or strength training then you will find that the general consensus is that 8-12 reps gives a beginner the best chance of success

now!.!.im guessing that you can do 10 press ups easily!.!.therefore you will need to add weight!.!.!.the easiest way (the way i do it) is to fill a rucksack full of stones or sand and do press ups wearing this!.!.try to get the weight so that you can only do 10 press ups at a time!.

I would recommend trying to do 3 sets of 10 weighted press ups in a session with atleast 2 minutes recovery time in between

However, this wont help you 'burn the fat'!. For this i would recommend interval training of some description!. This, in the case of running, would mean sprinting a set distance and then walking until you have have almost recovered and then repeating about 10 times!.

This is an incredibly good way of losing weight because it forces anaerobic respiration and close to maximum heart rate!.!.and it will also increase cardiovascular fitness!.

I hope this is helpful!.!.please take my advice and dont go and try and do 100 press ups at a time because you will improve your muscular endurance but your muscles will not get noticably bigger and this would leave you frustrated if developing your muscles is your aim

You will begin to see lines of abs in 2 weeks but remember you also need to watch what you eat!. No pizza or bagels haha ;]!. Also if you get a chance to do some type of excersice a day as well as those push ups& situps for example swim an hour or just walk an hour =]!. Something else that you can try is sit ups they work great for the core as well as back!

Do 50 in the morning
Do 20 in the afternoon
Do another 30 at night

do sets counting down from ten with 5 minute breakes in between so 10, 9, 8, ect rest 5 mins do another set and keep going but never stop in the middle of a set finish it that way ull push it as far as u can go ull notice that in a couple days ull do an extras et or 2Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do it gradually !.!. increase it as much as you can do every day !.!.
there is no a limit number !.!. but I suggest that you do it 15 time each round !.!. and you can go as much rounds as you can
of course at the beginning you might start with 5 !

If your only starting to do them i would say as many as you can do becuse you dont wamt to push it and aim for that everyday and after a while you think you can do more do more just dont push it to much!.
