To test in a Goal Attack Player in order to create a fitness profile and training program!.

1!. Cardiorepiratory Endurance
2!. Muscular Endurance
3!. Strength
4!. Flexibility
5!. Body Composition
6!. Power
7!. Speed
8!. Agility
9!. Reaction Time
10!. Coordination
11!. Balance

and why are they important!?

Answers:
probably 1 , 5 , 6, 7 , 8 , 10 would be the most important to me,

only because you need to have good cardio endurance if you want your body to last throughout the game

5 for the good composure on the court in order to be in the right place at the right time

6 for the power of throwing the ball so it flies bast the goalie and into the back of the net

7!. so be able to move quick enough with enough cardio endurance to last you the whole game ,

and you need to be coordinated which is self explanatory


sorry im not sure if you are refering to handballl, or volleyball but the skills needed as essentially the same
