I'm a mom of 3 football players, one is your age!.!.!.he has followed the lead of his oldest brother who played college football and is now semi-pro!.
Stop drinknig soda pop and sugary drinks!.
Make good choices in your meals and snacks!.

Morning, a low sugar peanut butter on toast or english muffins and piece a fruit, if you have morning practice bananas are great, your body needs the potassium that you loose while sweating
High fiber cereals!.
Mid morning snack fruit again is a good choice and nuts!.
Afternoon- sandwiches again peanut butter or tuna fish are good choices the protein helps build your muscles!.
Dinner- pasta and carbs ( they usually eat anything I make for dinner) during season, its lots of pasta
And remember to drink lots and lots of water with every meal and while you work out/practice!.
My house is stocked with peanut butter and tuna fish during football season, and lots and lots of fresh fruit and veggies!.
Good Luck~ Go team!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i can't tell you like what to eat for breakfast, lunch, etc!.!.!.but i know some tips!.!.!.if you're a footballer, then you have to consume lots of protein for your muscles, healthy carbs for your energy, and little fat because it doesn't help that much!.!.!.start consuming more fruits because those give you energy right away: apples, banana, pineapple, and every other sugary fruit!. Try to consume lean proteins, nothing fried or fatty!. I've heard that fat-free yogurt with a banana one hour before excercise really helps, so you could try that!. And, when your game finishes, a protein shake or something that will help your muscles recover the energy!. Finally, water water water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site!. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
