Am I a healthy weight?
I'm about 5'7, and 145 lbs. I've been floating between 140 and 145 lbs for the past two years or so, so I haven't gained a huge amount of weight.
I don't look fat, but I do look untoned and "bigger" in some areas (mostly bust and gut.
Answers:
You weight is healthy, but if you feel 'untoned" then you can try resistance training to tighten up certain areas.
