Question: I want to lose 20kg in max!. 9 months!?
The first two weeks are the hardest arent they!? How do i start and how do i keep my motivation!. What is the max time i could exercise daily that wont hurt me!? (walking and jogging a bit)
Please give me all the tips you can!. Im going back to school and all my 'friends' will start criticizing me because i gained a lot!. ( i used to be skinny) how to i face them!?=/ Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight!.!.!.

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas!.
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.

WHAT to drink for losing weight!.!.!.

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.
? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve!. Now!.!.!. I don't even LIKE them anymore!

? Start a regular exercise program and stick with it!. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
? Start swimming!. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use!. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week!. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated!.
? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional!. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too!?
? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat!. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat!.

to lose weight within 9 months it's a big task to accomplish but it's possible if you are willing!. first you have to lose your appetite on food before facing the dining table!. you must drink water a lot before eating at least 2 glasses of water that will cut you off eating a lot and same at night!. second you have to diminish your food half more than as usual!. and day by day you have to lessen!. above all you have to ask first your nutritionist in case of heart problem!.
once you succeeded then all you have to do is to make this as habit and not just a past time!.
by doing it you will keep stable your weight and you don't get anymore the worries in the future!.

I lost about 14kg in 5 or so months - it's not too difficult, but you need to change your lifestyle!. So!. Exercise is the main thing - walking with a bit of jogging will REALLY help!. Aim for say 30 mins to 1 hr per day, 5 or 6 days a week!. You can also swim, cycle, dance, whatever!. Get your heart rate up!.

Don't go on a mad diet!. Just cut the junk, try not to binge at night, cut out all drinks except water!. Eat lots of fresh stuff, lean meat, low fat dairy!. Treat yourself sometimes to what you love (chips, chocolate whatever - but small amounts)!.

It's hard to face people when you don't feel good about yourself!. I put on a lot of weight and found it difficult to see people who knew me when I was skinny!. Now I'm fit again I feel great and have a lot more confidence!. But as I said, don't see it as a diet - just make some changes, and get active! Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
