well idk if your a girl or a guy cuz it dosent show, but if your a girl i remember when i started to work out in the gym and lost 30 pounds in a month with out showing mucle is by working on my abs,back,and lages, and i only went for like 45 minutes to my schools gym, and wat i did for my abs was to start with 90 pounds added and do 40 repetitions with out stop and not makeing that noise when hen you drop the thing, and


so you start off with 90 pounds, and you keep it up 90 pounds 40 reps for one week each day 3 ssets, the next week go to the next number, if its 95 or 100 w!.e it is you have to do it the same amount of reps and has to be 3 sets each day, and when you do the 40 repetitions you have to do them like with out rest until you finish 40 and keep doing that ever week


and that same week you do your abs, do squats 30 reps 3 sets with weight that starts to feel the burn when your in your 2nd set doing th 20th or 30th rep

and for your back just do light weight and 12 reps 5 sets

keep thous 3 things for a month and i think you might loose up to 30 pounds in a motnh


and make sure that yes dite, not eat like blablablablalba
no i mean just eat once a day but a big meal that you cant finish, if you still hungry then have froot, cut the junk food you know wat im talking about 2 and soda, drink milk, and atlist get a gallon of water in you in 2 days because watter makes your digestive system work faster

There is a lot you can do!. From you question I assume that you want to join a gym!. Is that a misunderstanding!? If not then there is plenty you can do, you can take walks, jog, ride a bike and/or do push-ups and sit-ups at home!.
The best way is to join a gym, there you can train all your muscles!. You can also access aerobic equipment there (if it is a decent gym)!.
Have someone there put together a program for you and show you how to do the exercises correctly!. Correct form is important for several reasons!. I am sure that someone knowledgeable there can also put together a good diet plan for you!. Read this though :
