Are These Supplements Necessary?!


Question: Are These Supplements Necessary!?
I'm trying to gain muscle mass, and I'm always reading about the endless supplements!. So far, the only supplements I take are Whey protein and a multivitamin daily!. I take 1 scoop of Whey post-workout, then another scoop an hour after dinner, and a final scoop before going to sleep!.

Here are my questions:

1) I'm reading about creatine, and arginine, and glutamine, and Casein protein!. I know what they do, but, do I really need them!? I'm most likely going to get Casein protein and continue to use Whey!.
2) Do I need any others!?
3) Also, when are the most important times for Casein and Whey to be taken!?
4) And finally, what's a good alternative, as a food, for creatine!?

Answers:
No supplement is necessary you can get results without them!. Look into glutamine and creatine you can take that after you workout it will help a little with muscle gain!. Whey is good too that's what I use, I usually eat three meals of food and three whey shakes a day!. Whey can be taken anytime you want, of course the best is right after you workout!.

I don't think there's an alternative for creatine in food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
