Question: Someone help me!!!!!!!!?
i am way to fat!. all i want is to be skinny and beautiful!. no guy will ever like me the way i am!. I'm 13 and I've got cellulite!. and some stretch marks on my stomach!. I'm huge!. 178!. 5'3"!. i need help!. I've tried to be anorexic 2 times!. both times my friend caught me and forced me to eat!. the longest I've been able to go is 2 days!. i hate myself!. i have the lowest self-esteem ever!. Every time i look in the mirror i cry or tell myself something bad about me!. please some one give me some advise!. pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok you know what, you make it sound like your the only one, i have the same problem, i'm also 13 and i'm over weight!. Listen, dont beat yourself down about it, in your picture you look soo pretty, i'm not even kidding!. Also, you tried to be anorexic- okay that wont work!. I have friends that are anorexic and they are friggin ugly- i hope they dont read this lol!. any way, losing weight is not that hard!. I went down from being 146 to 139 in loke one week!. I didnt starve my self, i just began to watch what i ate!. and the truth is EVERYTHING that you eat will end up in the same place!. wheather its chocolate or veggetables it will all end up in the toilet!. i'm not trying to gross you out, but why not just take the healthier choice!. and there is nothing worng with eating some sweats once in while!. substitute chips for carrot stick without dressing!. carrots tast great!. stay away from salty foods- nuts are very fatty, just take them out of your diet!. and this is what helped me to lose weight, count your calories!. tell your self you wont eat more than like 1500 calories a day, and i know exersicing sux, but maybe you can do somethin you like!. i love dancing so i close my room, put on the radio and start dancing like crazy!. This relly helps you lose weight!. And a lot of people have cellulite, i have it dont worry about it, okay!. and strech marks dont always mean that your fat!. DOnt look down at your self!. DONT ever call your self fat- that will bring you self-esteem down and make it even harder to lose weight!

13 is very young to be worrying about guys liking you and having cellulite!. What you need is a good healthy diet and an exercise regime!. The best thing you can do is go to a personal trainer, dietitian or doctor who can write you a good diet and tell you what exercise would be best to help you lose weight!. Just not eating doesn't work because you just get ill and have to eat again and that makes the weight come piling back on!. It's a good idea to eat load and loads of vegetables because they are low in calories and high in nutritional value!. Running is probably the best exercise you can do to lose weight!. If you ran for 30 minutes a day everyday you'd notice a big change in a couple of months!.
It's best to get advice from some sort of fitness professional to get the most out of your diet and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your BMI is between 30 and 39!.9 you're obese!. This means you're well over the ideal weight for your height!. This could cause serious health problems and affect your life expectancy!.

Are you eating more than the recommended amount of calories per day!? Are you getting enough exercise!? Once you gain the confidence to start exercising regularly you'll notice a huge difference!.

Speak with your GP for advice if you've tried to lose weight without success!.
As part of a healthy well-balanced diet, cut down on salt and alcohol!. Try to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables!. Also, eat smaller portions at mealtimes and avoid snacking between meals!.

This is no reason for you to try and starve yourself as it could affect your health worse!.
Also try and eat more soup and drink plenty of water, as this bloats the stomach, making you feel more full and less hungry,

eat salad amd walk i'm 13 and i used to way like 140 and ii ate healtier and walked and ran you have to be strict on yourself and don't tell your self that your ugly or to fat that doesn't help you that hurts you i lost like 25 pounds and i feel great the key is eat an apple insted of chips or ice cream and for dinner don't eat patatoes or french fries eat fruit and veggies it'll make a differance but don't go the bad way like makeing yourself trough upnor not eat that'll only make you feel worse about your self!. i hope this helps youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Being anorexic is not going to help you, it can kill you!. :( You have to have more confidence in yourself!. You are not fat and you are not ugly!. I used to think about myself like that too for a while, it just made things worse!. If you really think you are fat than talk to your parents about it and maybe they can put you on a diet!. Hey, first of all I want to say, you are all ready beautiful:) , I"m 15 years old and i way 180 and I'm 5'8( yet i do have a chest and an ***, and hips:)),Don't say no guy would ever date you, because your just 13, you will find some one who will love you for who you are!, Don't STARVE your self!, its a risk of dieing, and trust me I no lots about it my brother went threw it, It show that you don't cave in to this (being skinny) shows that you have more self confedance, guys like girl who are out going and don't care what people think and who like there self for who they are, I have throws days where i do cry because i think I'm the ugliest person ever!!, but look in side you, and see all the great things that you have, and they will over power your out side look!.
you should walk a lot and drink lots of water, stay away from bad food like junk and stuff and don't just sit around all day,standing burns a lot of calories!.
I duno if you like Tyra banks but this video of here really helps me it may seam a little Corney but just listen to it

You're first biggest mistake is not loving yourself and putting yourself down! That is NOT ok!

You're second mistake is NOT EATING! I've tried that and throwing up in my younger days when trying to lose a lot of weight!. I lost at most 25 lbs in one month, but then gained it all back the next month plus 15 lbs!

Eating disorders are not healthy and will not help you out in the end, only do your body more harm!.

You should try Weight Watchers if that's available to you, they have an awesome program that has helped thousands of people!

Being 13 if that's not an option, just try all things in moderation!. Don't deprive yourself of things you love on a 'strict' diet that eventually will just make you quit and then over eat on all the things you've been missing!. Portions is huge, eat normal but eat less and more often!. And, get active! You don't have to have an expensive gym membership to get in shape! You can go for walks around your neighborhood, dance around your bedroom, use water filled milk jugs as weights to build muscle!. You should do at least 30 min of cardio 3 times a week! And drink WATER lots and lots of WATER! Also, a multi-vitamin everyday would be good while trying to lose weight!.

Relax, take it easy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and please stop doing that aneorexic buisness bacause that can be bad for you and it is certainly not help, as i will explain!.!.!.

I have recently lost one stone, and it has taken about a month!.!.!.!.this may seem long but trust me, losing weight is not a five minute thing!.!.!.!.!.!.but the news gets better!.!.!.!.!.

You dont have to slave away at a bike or going running hours on end to lose weight, although that is one way of doing it!.!.!.!.!.!. all i have done is start cutting down on what i was eatting, big time, chocolate in moderation, cakes biscuits etc are watched carefully!.

Another thing I did was to have a bit more get up and go about me!.!.!.!.!.!.I live in south wales which has many mountains,,,,, i now see each one as a challenge or obsticle in my way to a new healthier me!.!.!.!.get out, even if it is for a brisk walk it is burning carlories!.!.!.!.!.!.

The third and final thing that I have changed is that I started drinking tea!.!.!.!.green tea!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it is known for its weight loss properties and it is in nearly every weight loss product about!.!.!.!.it may not taste very nice but it will help you lose weight even quicker!.!.!.it is also very cheap!.

The next step to take, if you doubt yourself!.!.!.!.!.!.is a will power test!.!.!.!.go to asda and buy some ready hot cooked chicken from the hot counter!.!.!. take it home and remove every bit of chicken from the bone without eatting it!.!.!.!.!.not a single bit!

This is very difficult but if you complete the test successfully you have proved to yourself that you have to power, you have the key to success!.

One last point!.!.!.!.!.dont starve yourself!.!.!.!.!.you body will react to being starved by storing even more fat to keep as energy reserves!.!.!.!.!.and dont give into weight loss products!.!.!.they can be very bad for you and can have strange side effects!.!.!.!.!.


Remember!.!.!.!.!.!.you have the power!.!.!.!.!.!.you have the key to success!.!.!.dont give in!.!.!.!.!.!.have patience!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
