What do I do?????????!


Question: What do I do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I want someone to make me a excercise schedual!. And a weekly menu!.

I am fat!. I am a 14 year old girl wearing size 11ish depends if i am bloated or not!.

I want to start off trying to get into at least a 6 and work my way down!. Just give me a daily workout and menu!. Thats the only way I will be motivated is if i have a schedual!. I don't like fish!. But I am willing to eat almost everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

here are some excercising ideas:
walk briskly for a half hour everyday!.!.twice a day if you feel up to it!.
2 sets of 20 crunches, add more sets once that gets easier
lift light weights, go on a treadmill if you have access to one!.

Increase your exercise at least once a week; it'll start to get easier for you!.

For your diet, cut out all junk!. I know, its going to be hard at first!.!.but its the most effective way to lose weight!.

write down everything you eat on a daily basis now!.
Then go back and fix it, make it more healthy!.
For example, if you eat chips at 3:00pm, eat some fruit or vegtebles at 3:00pm instead!.

Eat GOOD foods in the morning (fresh fruit, oatmeal, healthy cereals, eggwhites!.!.)
Eat light foods at lunch,
And cut down your portions at dinner!.

If you're going to eat dessert, only do it once a week!.!.and don't get out of control with it!.

The schedule idea is a great one!.!., write down what excercises you want to do for the day, what you want to eat & at what times!.

Keep your spirits up! don't give up!
