Don't take this negatively, It's just this simple, your on a "diet" yet still you want to eat junk food!? that's not good, if your on a diet, your "on" a "diet" you must resist anything and everything that will ruin your diet, well if you still insist and broke your diet routine, your not determined, no one can stop or teach you the best way to resist temptation but yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to remind yourself of your end goal!.

I know exactly how you feel!. I was always thin and then after becoming pregnant twice over a 2 year time-frame, I ballooned from 120-130 to 235 when it was all said and done!. I have noone to blame but myself for my poor eating habits during pregnancy, but dealing with the effects has been awful!.

Anyways, I started dieting and exercising a few months ago and am now 188!. Yes, at 5'2", I still have 70 pounds to go until I am at my goal, but keeping in mind what I want to look like has made it easier to pass up junk food!. Don't get me wrong, once a week or so, I will 'treat' myself!. If a craving sneaks up on me before then, I remind myself of how much I hate how I look and that eating chocolate or whatever is not as satisfying as losing weight!. I am not suggesting that you need to feel bad about yourself, I am just giving you my personal experience with this situation!.

When you exercise and you do it properly you dont want to eat straight away! So you can pass the junk food stores and go home :)

Also!.!. everything is in your brain, know that once you lose fat and even better when you exercise you wont want to eat unhealthy food cause it ll smell to you etc etc!. So keep focused for now and see big differences :)

Anyone can lose weight!. What's hard is keeping it off!. You should diet for life, by changing your lifestyle!. This way you can eat everything you like but have smaller portions of the food you enjoy!. Screw diets! Enjoy your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com
