ok so i asked that question, and i got some really good answers!. but now, what do i do, because i can't tell my parents, don't ask why, just trust me i can't!. so what do i do!? and please don't say eat, because it's really not that easy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mkay!. No eating is not that easy, I should know!. What you do need to do though is start very small, Start eating just a bit more than you usually do and working out a little bit less and once you start feeling comfortable with that then raise it a little bit!. I can understand you not wanting to tell your parents, maybe you should talk to a counseler and she/he can help you too!.
Losing weight rapidly isnt good!. It can make your body go into starvation mode!.
You obviously have self control if you can restrict your eating now all you need is the self control to make yourself eat only a little bit more!. I know its hard but theres really not much you can do other than that if you dont want your parents to find out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, I would like to say, that obsessing over your weight when you are a perfectly healthy weight, is obviously not good, but it does not mean that you are anorexic!.
It is normal for girls of your age to become self conscious about their looks and find faults with themselves, it is only when they take drastic action that it becomes a problem!. You are not under-weight, so if you think that losing a few pounds would boost your self esteem and give that that much needed confidence, then go for it!. Although, if you think that once you have lost a couple of pounds you will continue wanting to lose more, then I suggest you concentrate on maintaining your current weight!. Roughly how many calories are you eating a day !? Considering you are working out, you can afford to eat more then the " average " person!.
My 15 year old little sister is around your height and she weighs 100 lbs, which in my opinion is far too skinny!. Personally, i think the minimum weight for someone your height should be 125 lbs!. Unnatural skinniness is not attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
