I plan on eating healthy, but i cannot get myself to give up gummy bears and gum!


Question:

I plan on eating healthy, but i cannot get myself to give up gummy bears and gummy worms!!?

If i eat about five gummy worms and a handful of gummy bears a day as a snack is that okay and still considered eating healthy because the rest of the food is??

I said plan on because i thought i was eating healthy and but i wasn't sure since i need those gummy worms!! If it was too bad for me then i would have tried my hardest to give them up, but i have no will power for those things...except i am pretty good at moderation =]

But one week a month i do give them up and eat a half cup of low sugar jello a day instead! I think i have a gelatin addiction =P


Answers:

Just use moderation and you'll be fine. You can't cut out the foods that you really enjoy completely or you'll eventually give up on your healthy diet altogether! Trust me, I just ate a kit Kat bar.
