Question:

I need advice on my diet. PLZ HELP.?

Okay, 15 yrs old
5ft9in
170-180 lbs.
i want to lose like 10-15 lbs.
I started to workout and saw a big increse in my triceps and biceps.
i walk like 3-4.5 miles everyday. and plan to increase my distance and jog.
i also want to increase my push-ups and my sit-ups. sadly i can only do like 5 pushups.
and i want to lose my love handles and and some fat of my thighs.
i ate very little less then yesterday.
PLZ help i really need this.

Okay first you need to eat. you just have to change the way you eat. Such as salads and fruits. Try to eat less junk and fatty foods.

About the punshup thing in time you'll be able to do more. But that doesn't mean not to try and do the, becuz you still should.

The jogging thing is good to but just remember that this kinda of stuff takes time Im not saying its gonna take you two months but as long as you work at it you'll do.

I also want to say that maybe you shouldn't try to lose so much weight. But if thats what YOU want and not anyone else just try to take the advice and it'll all work out.
