Answers:
Both are similar in that they will use a gym, but it's what tempo and muscle group you will be using!.

Weight training will help with overall tone, flex ability, agility and heart health!. Lighter weights doing more repetitions!.

Strength training will be heavier weights, less reps and a more focused muscle group!.

If you are looking to burn fat, these are both just exercises!. Doing one or the other will burn fat!. Obviously, just burning more calories than you consume will result in weight loss, but strength training may result in weight gain; the good kind, as long as your diet compliments your needs!. For an overall healthy lifestyle, you will want a "combination of both"!. You will want to take the class with exercises you know the least!. You will be taught how to perform correctly, and reduce the risk of wasting your time as well as hurting yourself!. By all means, you should require a class to get your workouts in, but you can use the class to learn more about each!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
