I am 15 years old, 5'3 and i weigh approximately 103 lbs....is this a good weight for me?


Answers:

Yup, for your height you are at a healthy weight. Just try to gain more muscle because by doing that you are burning more calories.

-Drink lots of water
-Push ups and sit ups
-Walk (3-5 times a week)
