Not that I know of!.
There are a lot of lotions on the market that help to firm up skin and I've used a few which have given pretty good results but it just depends on how big the problem area is!.
I think there are some new techniques being researched but it's a long time coming!
It's very annoying and very upsetting so I know how you feel!. I'll be looking into surgery soon to fix up my skin too!. *sigh* Sorry I couldn't give you a quick fix!
