Jogging would probably be better!. However I have found that walking FAST over a long distance is excellent cardio!. Although, don't think "Oh cool! I can just walk for an hour instead of running!" No!. If you are going to be walking you will need to walk much longer than if you were running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any type of walking is good cardio!. I love walking on the beach!. It's so calming and quiet!. Another good workout, is trying to walk in waist deep water!. Because of the resistance of the water, you are forced to work your leg muscles!. Try walking as fast as you can in the water and watch the good workout you get, As long as the water is above your thighs!. It really works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you run or walk at the beach!.!.be sure to do that activity near the water's edge where the sand is harder, yet still gives a little!. Walking fast or running in soft sand could be harmful to the tendons on the bottom of the foot and it puts stress on the Achilles heal area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try jogging or running it gets the heart rate much faster, helping to burn calories!. I always say, if your not breathing hard when your done you were not working hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea!.!.!.!.especially good cuz its hard to walk since u kinda sink in the sand!.!.!.!.depends how much!.!.!.2 kms would be good!.!.!.!.but u gotta go at a steady rate(a kinda fast 1)!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
