Question: How can I make my self not want to eat!?
Im always hungry and I want to be able to eat less because I want to loose weight!. Im thin but I want to be more thin!. I want to loose like 10 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink more water will help you lose your appetite!. To lose weight, it doesn't mean you don't eat!. Try to eat more frequently, but in medium portion, and control what you eat!. Eat in every 3 hours!. Try to take more fruits and vegetables!. By eating every 3 hours, you can stay full, and control the nutrition that you take!. This will work better than not eating!. Drink lots of water and chew gum when the urge to eat gets over whelming!. Just be careful about preventing yourself from eating when you really ARE hungry!. You have to be able to tell the difference or it wouldn't be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do not ever eat junk food or fast food
try becoming a vegetarian (meats have fats and cholesterol)

Suck on ice!. That's what started working for me!.
And then, you can drink like TONS of water (4 cups, 2 bottles of water at least) it makes you sick!.

you shouldnt starve youreself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my best friend tried doing that and she got reely sick! just do cardio workouts like jogging, tredmill running, and jumping jacks!.!.!. we guys hate it when skinnie girls starve thereselves to look thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
