Should I do cardio before or after lifting?!

Question: Should I do cardio before or after lifting!?
I know running before lifting often fatigues you and you can't get a top notch workout done, but my other concern is that after lifting your body needs protein and i'm worried that running after lifting is delaying me from getting my muscles protein!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
warm up with 5-15 minutes of light cardio to get the heart rate up and to warm up the muscles tendons and ligaments!. then perform your resistance training and warm down with some light cardio then go stretch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends what your aims are!. If your priority is muscle growth then you need to do cardio last and not hammer it!. If you are worried then take some protein shake before the cardio, but so long as your cardio isn't too long then you should get your post workout protein within half an hour of the lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do your cardio first, it warms up your body, and prepares it for weight lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
