Question: How can I get a six pack!?!? or four pack!?
I run a lot and I'm a long distance runner!. I'm 16, weigh 114 pounds and is 5 feet 7!. I am very very skinny ( skin and bones) like a twig!.!.!.!.
Can i get a easy 4 pack!. What exercises should I do!. and how long do i do the exercises until it is visible!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do lots and lots of stomach crunches!. do them until your stomach burns, and thens top for about 10 seconds, and start again!. Do that as often as you have time for!.
Next time your at the store, get a magazine called, "mens fitness"!. they have some really great mens exercises in there men who want sixpack abbs!. Your already skinny, so you don't have any stomach fat to battle through, so all you need to do is strengthen that muscle!. If you have time to go to the gym, they have machines there that are specificly for your abs!. if you can't get to the gym, do the crunchs, and lots of them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
