Is it normal to see some buffness after 1 month of lifting?!


Question: Is it normal to see some buffness after 1 month of lifting!?
I have noticed that I got bigger over time when I pulled my shirt off!. I have been lifting off and on for like 1 month!.

Is it normal!?

I think the key is to get the rest to make your muscles grow!.!.!.

you will notice you look bigger straight after working out , this is because your muscles are engorged with blood!. muscles take about eight weeks to start changing their structure!. but, lifting weights burns a lot of calories and fat so you will be losing the fat around the muscle which will give the appearance of bigger muscles!.

kind of!. there is no muscular hypertrophy taking place during the first month of weight training!. all of the gains made are due to your body increasing its ability to recruit motor units and muscle fibers!. The size difference could very well be increased water absorption in your muscles!. Keep lifting, and you will get biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com
