I am a little worried, and feeling a little heavy for my age and height!. I am 12 years old, 5'4, and 110 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is so easy for someone to read this and think, this person is fine, what is she worried about, but in reality, it is very easy to think of yourself as fine then start eating junk with your friends or eating too much at a party and then you wonder what happened, you do not fit into your clothes anymore!.
Right now you are at a good weight, but do not let that fool you into not cutting out the fattening foods or drinking soda instead of water!.
Just keep watching and exercising when you can and you will maintain

You're tall for your age!. You're probably just feeling heavy for your age because you're taller than most of your peers and you're comparing yourself to them!. 110 lbs for your height and age is perfect!. Hopefully, you're active in some sort of sport, and are eating healthy!. You'll be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
U are fine!. Just remember that u're young and still growing!. But if u're worried about your weight just pay attention to what u eat!. Weight is not about gorging the dieting, but eating healthy all throughout ur life!. Pay attention to labels especially for the fat and cholesterol contents!.
U could really all day if u want, but it's about WHAT u're eating!. Stay away from fatty foods, mayo, greasy and fried foods, sugarry foods and such!. Eat more fruits, grains, and fresh foods, stay away from processed foods!. The more natural the food, the healthier!.
And do remember that the pattern of growth is that one gets bulky, then stretches out, gets bulky again, then strectches!. This pattern stops when ur around 20 (for males, less for females)!. Then u REALLY gotta watch what u eat!.!.!.!.!.
And definitely get some exercise!. Simple stuff like walking every other day, doing house chores vigorously, or just dancing around in ur room for like 30 minutes!. And def have fun with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate the media!. 12 year olds shouldn't be worrying about being too heavy!.!.!.but whatever!. Look, if you feel bad, just start focusing on being healthy!. first of all you are NOT fat!!! I had the same problem when i was your age!. (Im 15 now) and the truth is!.!. YOUR STILL GROWING! Your body still has quite a way to grow!.!. remember you still have to grow taller!.
