Question: Will lifting weights!.!.!?
Hey guys i'm 15 years old and about 5'11 i weight about 170 pounds!. i can bench aboout 160 pounds without the bar 5 times!.!. i want to know what;s the safe amount of weights i can lift so that my growth dosen't slow down!.!.any tips will help me a lot!. i really wanna hit 6'1 znd i heared lifting weights can help you!.first good answer gets best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are at your prime growing age!. The only thing that would stop your growth would be overtraining!. You should train 3 or 4 days a week with a day of rest in between!.
As far as weight goes, you should stick with what you can lift for 6 to 10 reps before failure!. When you can get above 10 reps, increase the weight a little!. That and eating plenty of good food, and you should grow with no problem!.
A word about height however, You might get to 6 1 but theres no guarantee!. Height is determined by genetics!. There is no exercise for increasing height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well my opinion is you really don't want to over develop while you're still growing!.However there's absolutely nothing wrong with staying in shape and maintaining a fit body to keep you're body fat down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
