Whats the best way to loose weight fast but safe without pills around my stomach area?

well i want to loose weight fast bc i am getting sick and tired of looking at something that wasn't there before. Mostly i just wanna foucus of my stomach and waist because that is the most trouble i have with my body. whats a good fast safe way to loose weight around my stomach and hips. HELP! i can't stand it anymore!
