Question: Do i have to eat dinner!?
i eat a healthy breakfast fruit for snacks and a good lunch but i find it hard to eat dinner im never hungry enough for dinner, i just have a snack and desert!.!.do i really need dinner!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat healthy snacks and a healthy breakfast and lunch, there's no reason you have to eat dinner if you're not hungry!. Every person's metabolism is different, so if you're not hungry there's no need to eat (as long as you're healthy and are getting enough nutrients throughout the day)!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to dieting and eating healthy is to follow what your body is telling you!. If you are hungry eat if not don't it is a very simple problem!.

that is your dinner, so obviously you are hungry!. consuming sugar late at night when the level of activity is at it's lowest is a bad habit especially if you could be consuming lean proteins and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat when you're hungry!. If you're really not hungry at dinner time, then no, you don't have to eat!. If you are consistently finding that you're not hungry then you should probably talk to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

remember skipping meals make you eat more when you do eat!.maybe you can just eat light in the evening!. make your larger meal at lunchtime you will have time to burn it off before you lay down at night have your desert at lunch time instead of dinner!.good-luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you are trying to watch your weight then you shouldn't eat dinner because that is where you gain the most weight!. if you are not hungry for it then don't eat!. if u r then eat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

u should eat a "kings breakfast", a "middle class mans lunch" and a "poor mans" dinner if that makes any sense!. if you eat plenty for your other meals u SHOULD be okWww@Answer-Health@Com

depends on your fitness goals which would correlate to you recommended caloric intake!. i do the same!. regardless just dont eat within 4 hours of sleep time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
