does any one know ways to boost your metabolism? anything to add to your regular diet, or take away, certain exercises maybe?
Answers:
-Always eat breakfast
-Eat 5-6 meals, or three meals and 2 snacks, spread out evenly over the course of the day.
-Strength train. The more muscle you have, the faster you basal metabolic rate.
-Drink lots of water.
