Ok, I am a mom of four. Twin boys are 3, daughter is 2, and my youngest son is now 8 months. I wake up in the morning at 6 am to feed my baby, wake my husband, then I try to go back to sleep until the other kids wake up. I have no motivation, no energy, and I am over weight. I use to weigh 194 lbs and I now weigh 250 lbs. I have no family to help watch kids, it is just me and the kids all day long. I feel like I am 45 when I am only 22. I barely have anytime to eat myself, so I snack all day. And to add to that I drink a lot of soda and I have a major sweet tooth. I don't have a whole lot of time to work out, and I only have a treadmill and some free weights at home. Please keep in mind that I have to care for kids, husband, animals, house, errands, and two family owned businesses so I can't work out at night because I don't get in bed till 1am. I need help!! Do you know of anything that can help me loose weight at a good pace, something that I can do that will work into my daily life?

it looks like my story because I am going through the same situation with 4 kids.
You r so young and like me I follow all diets but they all failed in the past.
The best ont which make sense to your problem is insuline resistance diet. Its from my experience I am telling you all that. Try that diet if it doesn,t work than combine the protein with diuretic foods.
drink 2 to 3 cups green tea daily and weight training excercises 2 to 3 times per week.
You can mail me so we can srart diet together because still I need to lose 60 pounds of weight.
