Blue !.!.!. you're killin' me with this question!. Smoking has no benefit for the human body whatsoever!. I couldn't even fathom someone smoking to lose weight!. I just lost my father 11 months ago to cancer !.!.!. from smoking!. He was only 61 years old!. Not to mention that it is THE most addictive drug other than heroin!. Statistically you healthier being 30 whole pounds overweight than smoking just TWO cigarettes a day !.!.!. so think about that!. The latest research now shows that every cigarette you smoke takes at least one whole day off your life expectancy!. No other drug at this point has this bad of an effect - not even obesity!.

It isn't the smoking that helps people lose weight !.!.!.!. it's because they do it to REPLACE eating!. Which is so completely unhealthy I don't get how people can do it!. I have friends who do this and they are always sick and look really unhealthy!. No thanks!. They all have tried desperately to quit as well !.!.!. and it breaks my heart because I see how they struggle!.

Smoking does nothing for you !.!.!. at all!. Unless your goal is to smell like an ashtray, have yellow teeth and nails, have sallow skin, shorten your life span, spend a small fortune for nothing, and put others at risk through second hand smoke!. I'd take a few extra pounds anyday!.

I don't know about smoking helping you lose weight but I do know that if I were to stop I would put vast amounts of weight ON!
And that would be due to all the sweeties, crisps and other nibbles I would eat in place of ciggies!.
I wouldn't advocate anyone starting smoking as a method of losing weight as once you start it is so very difficult to stop - I know because I have tried, unsuccessfully to stop many times!.
So if you are enquiring because you are thinking of starting to smoke PLEASE DON'T! It is one of the worst habits to pick up and really difficult to give up!.
I would suggest the best way to lose weight would be to ensure that you always eat breakfast for definite!. And have 2 other good meals plus take up a form of exercise too!.
Extra weight takes time to put on so therefore it takes time to lose!. You have to take you health into consideration so please do not go on one of those crash diets where you only eat cabbage soup or whatever as you will end up very poorly!.
Speak to your GP who could put you in touch with a properly trained dietitian who will organise a diet that suits you taking into account your height/weight ratio, age and other factors such as general health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many studies have shown that smokers tend to way less than non- smokers, but smokers also have more belly fat, which is the most unhealthy place for women to carry fat!.

Also, if you are wanting to start smoking just to lose weight, then I would assume you plan to quit once you lose weight!. In that case, you are very likely to gain all of the weight back, as most people gain weight when they quit smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let's say ii distracts you from putting food into your mouth, but it is unhealthy, makes you smell badly if you get wet or doused with rain, stains your teeth, affects your voice and possibly may cause you cancer of the lungs in time, emphysema more likely, let alone causes or may cause danger to others through second hand smoke!.
This may sound crazy, but a lady here in the neighboourhood bought a baby's pacifier, she'd dip into honey - she would suck at it when she had that oral obsession to chew or smoke or eat excessively!.
She made herself get used to it!. In time, she had overcome her oral gratification habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!.!.!. not directly!. smoking makes you not hungry!. it's cheaper to smoke some cigarettes and skip a meal, that's what i do when i run out of money!. but i would really not recommend smoking to lose weight!. there are better options!. you're gonna have to run or something!. physical activity works the best!. the longer you stick to doing something, the better you will feel!.

Smoking kills the taste buds on your tongue!. So when you feel you taste nothing so there is no point in eating as much when one cannot taste it!. It is a way of losign weight over years!. Smoking to lose weight is not the brightest idea, but hey go for it!. My grandma smoked and was skinny as a rail!. She has smoked since she was 16 and died from cancer in 2004!.
