Question: What are some good ways for me to loose weight!?

Well were basically in the same boat!. Im also 15 and i weight 182!.
The first thing your gonna have to do it keep a journal of what you eat and done eat more then 2000 calories a day!. Make sure you work out for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week!. I know it might seem hard and there will be days where you dont wanna do it!. But if you stay faithful to this,it will work!. Make sure to drink lots of water and just stop crinking anything with sugar!. If you dont like fruit thats not a problem!. Well what you can do is watch what you eat!. I lost 50 pounds just watching what i eat!. Don't eat too much foods with preservatives!. If you stick to foods that are in the produce section where you don't have to read the labels it's easier and healthier!. Eat a lot of fresh Vegetable and Fruits (You have to like some fruit say strawberries or bananas or grapes)!.Not canned vegetables and not fruit cups!. And don't drench your vegetables in dressings!. Even if they say low-fat or fat-free!. If you read the label and it says it has hydrogenated oils it still has fat in it but they can legally say fat free because it is a per serving amount!. Per Serving makes it look like it don't have any fat in it but if you drench your vegetables in it, eventually it will make you gain weight because it's more than the per serving (Per Serving is something that is very often ignored)!. See your body dosen't recognize chemically altered foods so it's harder for it to digest it!. It may sit in your insides for days!. Then if you don't do enough activity most likely that will turn into fat!. If you stick to fruits and vegetables which have fibers in it, it helps you feel full and it helps you have bowel movements which you need cause that way it won't sit there and most likely will not turn into fat!. Plus it is very nutritious!. It's better to eat fruit and vegetables because they have natural vitamins and minerals!. Your body is most likely to absorb those vitamins and minerals better than a pill form!. It took me a lot to learn and it was hard at first but then i got into it and i sticked to it!. If you don't like vegetables you can alter the flavor by cooking them with spices instead of dressings!. If you choose dressing it's better to use olive oil or vinegar instead of regular dressings!. And choose lean meats with little fat and no trimmings!. The best thing would be chicken (and not fried) and fish (also not fried)!. And you can substitute meats for legumes (beans) every now and then!. And instead of ordering juice or soda stick to water and drink lots of it!. Water is important cause it helps you with your bowel movements and it helps deliver the nutrients through out your body!. And when you feel hungry drink water before you eat something cause sometimes it's your stomach asking for attention and drinking water sometimes work!. If your still hungry then eat something!. Juice and soda is just extra calories!. If you pick a juice get it as natural as possible without the added sugars (which includes high fructose corn syrup)!. It's better to eat the fruit than drink it!. It serves as a snack and helps satisfy your hunger!. If you start reading how many calories and added sugars are in those candies and sodas you will be surprised!. Plus sugar triggers you too keep eating it cause it is soooo good!. So it makes you want more!. If you decide to eat at a restaurant, ask for baked foods without sauces or the sauce on the side!. That way you control how much sauce you want on your food!. It's quite a few rules but i won't go any deeper into this subject!. It's too much!. The more you know how your body functions the more it will help you understand!. All i can say is making better food choices (instead as i mentioned earlier fried get baked, instead of whole milk, pick skim milk or 1% milk, instead of white bread pick 100% whole wheat and make sure it says 100%, instead of white rice, brown rice and so on and so on)!.And don't go messing up your metabolism by going on some crazy diet!. Diets don't work!. That is very true!. Once you go back to eating what ever it is you eliminated from your diet, it it will make you gain even more weight!. And get involed in physical activites!. Even if it's walking 30 minutes a day or bike ride (that's what i do)!. Choose a activity you like!. Even cleaning around the house!. Something!. You are still young and you have the will power to do this!. If you stick to this plan you will loose weight slowly and as mentioned by somebody else will most likely not gain it back!. and it is the safest way to loose the weight!. If i did it you can too!. Don't make the mistake many girls make (bulemia) stick to the tried and true method!. Watch your intake of calories and saturated fats and devolp a regular exercise routine!. The weight will drop off more slowly but will be most unlikely to return if you stick to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
