How do I get a body like a gymnast?!


Question: How do I get a body like a gymnast!?
I have been working out for a while now and have seen some great results!. What I would like to have though is a gymnast like body!. Muscular and fit, yet have functional strength, not just weightlifting strength!. What are some things that I can do at the gym to get the "gymnast" type body!. Exercises, workout plans, etc!. I posted a video on you tube of how I look right now and the progress I have made!. This should give you a little better idea of what I am working with and where I am right now!. And for the record, no, I do not plan on becoming a gymnast, more so just acquire a similar physique!. Thanks for all the help!. Here is the video:

Answers:
Pull-ups, dips will help as an addition to the weights!. Also, try explosive strength training!. Such as jumping squats!.!.!.!.etc!.

Many calisthenics out there to help you stay limber and lean while gaining those bulging muscles!.

Martial Arts 5 days a week is what I prefer, used to lift a lot!.!.!.!.!.but I have found moderate lifting and hardcore cardio/strength training works best for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
