what should i eat every day to be slim in the 3 meals

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

You need to check with your doctor to make sure that weight loss is good for you!. He or she can also advise you on what to eat, but here's some ideas!.

Eat
-lots of veggies (especially lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, celery, sprouts, green beans)
-lots of fruit (especially apples, oranges, berries, melon, peaches)
-some lean protein (like grilled or baked chicken, turkey, ham or fish)
-moderate amounts of low-fat or nonfat dairy products (like milk, yogurt, or cheese)
-moderate amounts of whole grains (100% whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, cereal, or brown rice)

Drink
-lots of water
-some tea or black coffee (the caffeine will boost your metabolism)
-limited amounts or watered down fruit juice or diet soda

Avoid
-anything fried
-desserts
-dried fruit
-starchy fruits and veggies (like potatoes, corn, peas, bananas)
-salad dressings (use vinegar or mustard or a small amount of lowfat or lite dressing)
-mayo (use mustard instead)
-added cheese or dairy products
-bread, pasta, rice
-red meat
-nuts

for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.

Well according to a article i read in men's health a few things that will boost your metabolism are: soy, tomatoes, flaxseed, milk and proteins like meat, fish, nuts and beans!. Hope this helps!. I have been eating flaxseed as much as i can in my meals and it is helping alot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, not eating is not the answer!. It slows your metabolism, which makes you fatter, and McDonald's & Burger King r not part of your life anymore! So!.!.!.!.

Meal 1) Yogurt, fresh fruit, Orange juice, low fat milk
Meal 2) Salad, low fat dressing
Meal 3) Diet tv dinners!?
Snack and dessert= Water, fruit, veggies
