Weight lifting help?!


Question: Weight lifting help!?
For working out, is 20 reps, 3 to 4 sets too much!? Or is it good for toning!? I'm trying to get "ripped"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This will get a lot of classic answers for sure :) The fact of the matter is "ripped" is more a result of proper diet, low body fat, low water retention than it is high reps vs!. low reps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's more for toning!. For bulk, you can even do as few as 5 reps (make sure the weight is heavy enough that each 5th rep is very hard to do!.!.!.make sure you have a spotter), but no more than 8 is what you want to aim for when trying to add mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find 3 sets of 20 or so good to get ripped!. Me and my brother do 3 sets of about 20 and were in really good looking shape!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
