How long will it take me to get ripped?!

How long will it take me to get ripped?

if i wrk out 5 days out of the weeks,2hrs, also taking six star muscle pills-nitric oxide pills, and powder protein?


Answers:

What's going to happen is you're going to burn out. Your body will start using the muscle as fuel and you'll just plain become weak and look like crap.

You should generally workout every other day at most. Sometimes taking 2 or 3 days off every couple of weeks will help also. Listen to your body. Sometimes it will say, "
man I feel great today. i worked out yesterday, but i could use some more today." On those days, do a smaller workout and take a nap later on.

On other days your body may be saying "oh man, I worked out the day before yesterday and I don't think I can even take it today." Listen to it despite what your mind may say. As individuals we all have different clocks concerning out workout intervals, but one thing is for certain.... we all need to rest and working out everyday is not good.

Keep up with the supplements, but give your workouts a rest and every couple of weeks take an extra day or two off. Your body will respond better and thank you for it later in life.
