Question: How can I lose 10 pounds this week!?
I know it is sort of unhealthy, but I want to slim before school, which is in two weeks, but we are going back 2 skool shopping, and I am buying clothes for the first day of school, and I want to lose weight before that, so I'm not buying a bunch of gimungo clothes and then just shrink out of them!. If it is REALLY that unhealthy, then I guess I could cut it down to five!. But if it okay, how can I lose ten pounds in a week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset!. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy!.

1) What is my goal!? I want to lose __kg in __ time!.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal!? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have!? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have!? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years!?
6) Then when do I want to take action!?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm!. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss!. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class!.!.!.

OK, try this!. Food: AM: egg whites, lunch: can of tuna or salad, PM: Grilled chicken breast & Veggies!. Small portions is the key, but do not starve yourself !. Cut out all soda and a like drinks!. Drink water! Not flavored water either!.

Time to work out! If you are not use to doing so, start slow!. Take a walk after dinner!. A time or two around the block is a good start!. Have a place to go to swim!? Swimming is a low impact all body work out!. You don't have to belong to a gym to get a good work out!. If you can walk around the block and jump rope for one minute, longer if you can!. Then walk it off around the block!. With any weight loss it will take time to get it off and a life style change to keep it off!. Loosing weight and a flat stomach is more about what you eat, than how much you work out!. Cardio will burn fat, fast walking, biking, running, swimming and jumping rope!. Are just some of the things you can do!. It will take a little hard work at first, but you can do anything you set your mind to do!.

There is probably no way, and if there is, I guarantee you it *absolutely* is not healthy!. The MOST you should lose in a week is 3 pounds!. To lose a healthy amount, try working out, doing something cardio!. I!.e, running, biking, soccer!. Eat healthy!.!. don't eat fast food or chips or anything!. You know, the usual thing!. What EVER you do, please don't try throwing up or diet pills or anything!.!. those truly truly are not worth slimming down a bit for school and cause even bigger problems!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
