I've been doing weights... and I'm really skinny how will that leave me?!


Question: I've been doing weights!.!.!. and I'm really skinny how will that leave me!?
will it make my shoulders really big!? should i stop doing them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

wont make them big unless you lift heavy weights!. youll just get more muscle definition!. will be more apparent quicker since you are skinny and dont have fat covering them upWww@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't gonna gain **** unless you eat and rest!. In fact eating and resting are both more inportant than weight lifting! When you work out, all your doing is breaking down your muscle just so it can repair itself later!. During this repairing process you should eat/drink a significant amount of protein and drink alot of water!. If you're into cardio!. work outs then get your carbs!. and electrolytes in too!. Also, make sure to spread your eating and drinking throughout the day!. Don't overtrain and spend like 2 hours at the gym everyday, and make sure to work out a different muscle each day!. Don't neglect any of your muscles, too!. Make sure to get some good sleep and rest!. Oh, and if you're wondering about your abs!. doing knee-ups and crunches are perfectly fine at home!. You don't have to use weights on your abs!. unless you want your stomach to pooch out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
