Some people would say that if your hymen doesn't break, then you're still a virgin. I would say that if you have ever participated in any kind of sex, including oral, anal, or limited penetration, you're not really a virgin anymore.
Look at it this way, is the guy still a virgin because he hasn't had vaginal sex? Does HE have to break the hymen in order to cease being a virgin? It's all pretty silly. If you've had any kind of sex, you've had sex, it's really that simple. Just my opinion, of course.
