Question: How can i gain weight get 6 pac and big muscler chest and big four arms!?
Answers:
For big arms, here's my no fail routine:
50 pushups (warmup)

2 x 55 reps barbell buddy curl!. basic curl!. as much wieght as possible

4 x 10 reps tricep pushdown

4 x 10 lying hammer curls

4 x 10 standing hammer curls (builds forearms as well)

4 x 6-10 standing cable curl !.

50 push ups!.

You'll gain weight with muscle!. Drink Professional strength whey!. Vanilla is the best flavor!. 2 scoops per drink once after workout once before bed!.

fore amrs:
4 x 15 behind back barbell wrist curl


chest:
50 push ups
3 x 15 Bench press
3 x 15 inclined bench press
3 x 15 lying dumbbell press
3 x 15 lying dumbbell flye
3 x 15 straight arm press down
50 pushups

30 - 60 min!. on treadmill or stair stepper!. run/climb till you are drenched in sweat!.


Do each one of these once a week!. No more!. Run everyday!! At least 2 mi!. ! You'll be good to go!.

Push ups!. It's the simplest way to work both the arms and chest!.

About the abs, do a "Bicycle workout" for about 4 minutes straight every night, and you'll have more defined abs within a few days!.

Crunches work well too!.!.!. but not nearly as well!. Lay on your back, put your hands behind your head, and move your legs to simulate pedaling a bicycle!. Alternate, and touch each elbow to the opposite elbow!.

Gain Weight buy eating good foods, eat more meat and breads and nuts, anything with a good souce or protein!.

For Chest Do Dumbell Flys and Bench press!.

Fore arms are harder to get but u can get them from curling and wrist rollers!. and Seated One Arm Dumbbell Palms Up Wrist Curls
