You shouldn't be doing more than 20 reps, you need more weight no matter what you are going for!. Use a heavier weight so that your muscle gives out after 15-20 reps!. wait 30 seconds between sets and do 3-5 sets!.
Also, the concept of more reps less weight for toning and more weight less reps for mass building has been proven to be wrong!. After some studies, they found that less weight more reps builds endurance, not toning and that more weight less reps build strength not mass!. However, they have now found that to also be inaccurate!. They have now found that what truly build the muscle is your mind!. You have to focus and concentrate on the muscle as you do it!. Do slow controlled reps looking in the mirror and at your muscle and imagine it building the way you want it to!. Feel the muscle tissue growing and even after your work out spend some time visualizing the muscle tissues repairing the micro rips your workout created!.
Hope this helps!.

Hey,

I am a trainer for many years and i would say you go for heavier weights with 8-10 reps and 4 sets! Plus implement this creatine monohydrate it will help you with your gains and will give you more results, plus you will be able to lift heavier weights in the gym with it!.!.!.

Almost everything you are doing is incorrect , I suggest you do a little research as to understand and learn the basic practises of weight training, I don't intend for this to sound disrespectful but to avoid flamming never ask a bodybuilder how to "tone" your biceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to help develop more of a peak on your bicep you need to suppinate your wrists at the end of your curls!. as others have said, anything in a 6-12 rep range should be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with ThatDUDE although there are the alternatives!. You can also try the Priest Twists or the Bishop Twizzle!. And then do a nice cool down with Pope Clenching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say do some Preacher Curls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
