Trouble losing weight after a baby?
i exercise every night. (about 20-30 on a exercise bike) and 6 inches(20-30) and sit ups between (30 and 50)...and im losing nothing. i dont eat badly either. i usually dont even eat breakfast ( just not a breakfast person).. i sometimes have lunch and all i eat is a dinner around 5 and thats it. i dont know what i do so wrong. im not starving myself or anything. i always eat like that. (1 sometimes 2 meals a day) and i do watch what i eat, no junk food. Is there any other way to help me lose weight? i had a baby 2 1/2 months ago and the weight isnt going anywhere and its very frustrating. Thanks everyone!

the best way to lose weight after pregnancy is to breastfeed you lose an extra 500 calories by breastfeeding a day, but if you aren't doing it already then that won't help. sounds like you should try eating in morning and and not at night most women metabolism slow down during pregnancy so having the calories early will help you burn them
