Question: Did I Eat Good And Healthy Today!?
Breakfast: 6 grapes & 7 small sips of dr!.pepper
Lunch: 1 piece of bread (there are two pieces of bread!. I ate one side!. A WHOLE one is: 138 cal!. I ate half with some cheese spread
Dinner: Half of a 6 ft Tuna Sandwhich with: NO mayo, a little Tuna, pickles, lettuce, & a little white cheese
Snack: Grapes

no, sweetie, i don't think you ate healthy at all!. breakfast, the only nutrients were the 6 little grapes- that doesn't keep you going!. the soda pop is just empty calories- you maybe had 12 calories for breakfast- not good!. why not try an egg, a piece of cheese, and some grapes-then you have some protein!. lunch-cheese spread is not very healthy-its processed- why not make a nice plate of raw veggies-anything you like, and have a few tablespoons of dip, and a piece of fruit-better- lunch you only had less that 200 calories again, and as for supper, well, that was a good choice- a 6inch sub with tuna is your protein, you could have added more veggies to it if you wanted- they have almost zero calories, lettuce is nothing- I'm sure you never even went over 500 for the day, you have to eat a bit more, and you have to eat protein, or you will loose your muscles- hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
An interesting fact about grapes is that they can make you bloated!.
I think it would be much smarter to kick out the pop out of your life permentaly!. I have not drank pop in about 2 weeks!. :) Not long i know, but I just started!.

You ate about 600 calories!. Not enough!! Add whole wheat bread, potato, rice, or beans!. Forget about the Dr!. Pepper!. All soda pop is garbage!. Drink water or juice (no sugar added!.) You need more fruits and veggies!. Anything you like!. V-8 Fusion would be good for you!. Veggies can be raw, steamed, frozen, or canned!. Have an apple, banana, orange!. The more the better!. You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day!.
In order to maintain your ideal weight, you should eat your weight X15!. So if your ideal weight is 120 pounds, you will maintain that weight by eating 120X15=1800 calories a day, assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise!. (Like a 30-minute walk!. Not a couch potato!)

500 calories is no where near enough food at all!. You need to eat at least 1200, or else your body will go into starvation mode and you'll lose weight very slowly or you might even gain weight!. No, there is hardly any nutrition there!. pop is bad no matter how much you drink!. you're meals can be bigger!. Average people need at least 1,500-2,000 calories a day JUST TO FUNCTION!. So if you are running, walking etc, you need more!. If you don't eat enough calories your body will actually retain food and store it because it thinks you are starving!.

Absolutely not!. Breakfast was carbs!. Lunch was carbs and fats!. Dinner was a 3 foot sandwich (backloading your calories means you don't burn them off as well, so you store it as fat as you sleep) and your snack, again was carbs!. There's nothing wrong with carbs, but there is a problem with how many you're eating!. You're not eating very much overall, but what you are eating isn't nutritionally sound by a long shot!. You need to add much more lean protein to your diet!. What's wrong with an egg white omelette made with 3 egg whites, spinach, tomato and having a handful of grapes on the side!? That much healthier than grapes and soda (no matter how small the sip)!.
You are also slowing your metabolism by not eating often!. You need to eat every 2-3 hours, not just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!.

Because you didn't tell us what kind of cheese you're eating or any exact proportions, no one will be able to tell you how many calories you've eaten!.
