That stupid pouch!?!


Question:

That stupid pouch!?

Okay so i guess i am thin(i am 5'2 and weigh 108lbs...) BUT! i have a small little pouch on my stomach. i don't know what to do! i run all the time and on top of that i do the following before i go to bed:
1. 100 jupping jacks (if i feel like it i will do more)
2. 40 sit ups
3. 10 lunges
4. 10 push-ups
---and randomly i will do crunches---

then in the morning i do 30 sit ups

this, i have been doing for over a year about EVERY NIGHT! and still i have that stupid pouch! how do i get rid of it?!?!?


Answers:

Your body is used to it and has stabilised. Add some weights to do those lunges... do elevated push ups (legs up on a stool) ... do sit ups holding some hand weights uner your chin.. do stiff leg deadlifts, and squats with weights.... now the weights are going to make you gain a little muscle definition but that isnt bad.. the little bit of extra muscle will make you heavier... but that isn't bad.. the pouch will melt away... and that is what you want. Dont spend too much time infatuated by teh scales... use a tape measure to check the results of a little weight training.. you will notice the diminishing waist line.
