If I ate about 800 calories per meal, then will I...?!


Question: If I ate about 800 calories per meal, then will I!.!.!.!?
And I work out for 2 hours after each 800 meal [3X per day] will I be able to get thinner, if not, maintain my current weight!? And I run every morning for 1 hour, bike for 40 min and do the same in the evening!. Will everything be okay!?

It depends on how fast your metabolism is and how much you currently eat!. I'd say try it out and if you don't lose any weight in 2 weeks, try something else!. With that much exercise, you'll prolly lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

800 calories every meal!? Thats 2,400 calories a day!. You normally would have to eat 2,500 a day!. Eating 10 calories less and working out only 1:40 minutes will get you know where!Www@Answer-Health@Com
