Food baby? I need some fitness help?!


Question: Food baby!? I need some fitness help!?
Okay so I've been eating like a freaking pig that last week!. Its annoying but its only because my friend spent the week with me and she eats a lot and so she told me to eat because I'm skinny(she's not)!. I don't want to be like her and I don't like telling people or her that she is a little over weight!. Shutting up on that now!. Anyways so I would like some exercise and food tips!. Please! I will list some for you :D

1!. Always eat whole grain foods!. Don't eat any white bread or white rice!. When you look on the label on bread the first word should be whole!.

2!. Eat atleast 3 vegetable servings a day

3!. Eat 2 fruit servings a day!.

4!. Eat all colors

5!. Eat about 1600 to 2000 calories a day!.

6!. Don't under eat because your body will go into starvation mode and store all food as fat!.

7!. Limit sugar intake

8!. All white bread and flour turns into sugar, which turns into fat!.

9!. Drink a glass of milk once in a while!. Try 1 percent!.

10!. Exercise cardio to burn fat!. This can be jogging/running, biking, elliptical etc!. Do this for at least 20 minutes 5 days a week

11!. Weight lift!. This adds muscle which will help you burn more calories through out the day!. Weight lift and do strength workouts 2 days a week for 20 minutes at least!.

12!. Have a routine!.

13!. Eat right and exercise :]

I agree - people should never try and force you to eat if you don't want to!. As long as you are eating healthy there is no reason for concern!.
