How did you lose the weight?!

How did you lose the weight?

I just want to hear stories about weight loss, drastic or anything. I lost 80lbs, working out, eating right..learned it all on my own....I want to know how you did it, and how your doing now. It's so easy to get fat, but it's a daily struggle to keep it off. Good job to everybody!!

well, its not like, extreme numbers, but it is totally extreme time! idk if it will count towards your question tho....

like, about a week ago, i posted a question about my weightloss goals... i weighed 138 pounds and i wanted to lose some weight. and since i posted it [[idk the exact time]] i've lost 21 pounds! I'm so happy! im at 117 and soooooooo happy! yay! it's like, totally stellar

ok, like, since its summer, i've been spending MAJOR time at the pool [[swimming totally helps drop excess weight]].. and i've been walking down there, as well as hitting the gym and doing ballet and gymnastics.... so i had the exercise pretty well covered. and the diet was pretty easy.. just cut out junk food, soda, and stopped eating lunch [[it just didn't fit in my schedule]]. I also really started loving low calorie yogurt. like 60 calories for yogurt?!?! can we say LOVE IT?!?!? anyway.. i have picked up some bad habits during this.. like smoking and biting my nails, but i think its TOTALLY worth it..

congrats on your 80 pounds! that is like totally tripendicular!
